     BEG - new to OR just learning Lindy, Bal, Shag, Blues, and Jazz (0-2 years dancing)
     BEG / INT - have taken a few classes but do not know all the dances listed in BEG (1-3 years dancing)
     INT - have knowledge of the dances listed in BEG and still working on them (2-4 years dancing)
     INT / ADV - I am good at all the dances listed in BEG and know I can learn more (3-5 years dancing)
     ADV -  I am very good at all the dances listed in BEG and have my own style (4-6 years dancing)
     ADV+ - I am exceptional at all the dances listed in BEG, teach them, perform them, etc (5+ years dancing)

     CASINO BALLROOM or BREAK/TOUR is the default class location for each time slot.
     Other locations have LIMITED SPACE and once full, WAIT LIST will apply
     There are NO LIMITS to the GYM CLASSES on SUNDAY

     Most classes are ALL LEVEL unless noted in the title (ADV Routine, INT/ADV Routine, etc)

On behalf of my heirs, I agree to forego, expressly waive and release any/all rights for damages that I or my heirs might have against 2PlySwing or its agents for any/all injuries and damages I might suffer by participating in the this event or in traveling to and from its locations.  I understand that 2PlySwing intends to record the events for this weekend.  I understand that I am not allowed to videotape ANY part of the event - without a VIDEO PASS.  I understand the classes are not allowed to be filmed at any time.  I understand that I am not allowed to take photos of performances without a VIDEO PASS.  I expressly grant 2PlySwing the unlimited right and authority to use my image in any such recording in any and all media by whatever ways or means with no obligation to me.  Such recordings and photos are the sole property of 2PlySwing.
