LEVELS DESCRIPTIONS

ADD ON TO EVENT REGISTRATION:
BUS	$30	BUS - Round-trip ride from San Diego to the Pavilion
SUN DINNER	$35	DINNER - Sunday night at the Pavilion (ONLY 214 seats available)
2-DVD SET	$70	2-DVD SET of the entire event - price will go up to 70 at the event & 80 after
RENDEZVOUS SCHOLARSHIP FUND	$50 - $900+	Help a balboa dancer in need and contribute to the Rendezvous Scholarship Fund (Contribution amounts are in $50 increments) Based on the generosity of dancers, we will be providing: X scholarships to attendees from the USA/Canada in high school or college X scholarships to attendees from overseas X depends on the amount of funds available by JAN 31 (Contributions are in $50 increments - send with your check OR modify the QUANTITY in Paypal) Complimentary items for contribution amounts: $50 - $300 - EVENT T-SHIRT $350 - $600 - EVENT T-SHIRT and 2-DVD SET $650 - $900 - WEEKEND PASS, EVENT T-SHIRT and 2-DVD SET $900+ - WEEKEND PASS, EVENT T-SHIRT, 2-DVD SET, and 8x10 HISTORIC PHOTO

REFUND POLICY:
              100% if cancelled by FEB 1
              50% if cancelled by MAR 1
              No Refunds after MAR 1
