The EARLY rate is a special price offered so that I can collect the necessary funds for deposits.
Normally facilities and bands require deposits upon booking.
For the Rendezvous deposits must be paid in January, therefore all EARLY funds collected are already spent.
I appreciate your understanding on the timeliness of payments.

REFUND POLICY:
              100% if cancelled by January 27
              50% if cancelled by February 15
              No Refunds after February 15
 Please note that to protect ourselves financially from last minute cancellations, the refund policy will be strictly adhered to.
